Modern-day Slavery Policy

StaffCircle acknowledges its responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to the organisation.

StaffCircle recognises that slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. The Company aim is to identify our responsibility by altering staff to the risks in our business and in our wider supply chain.

StaffCircle will achieve these aims by our initiative to identify and mitigate risk in the following ways (but not limited to):

  • Investigating and vetting our supply chains policies, contracts, contractors etc.;
  • Continually auditing and reviewing our practices – checking all employees are paid at least the minimum wage and have the right to work;
  • By encouraging the reporting of any concerns and protecting whistle blowers;
  • By having Zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking.

StaffCircle will ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern-day slavery and human trafficking with its own business and its supply chains by providing training to the relevant members of staff as well as briefing all Directors on the subject.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually and made available to staff, stakeholders and other interested parties.
