The Company Policy is:-
‘To prevent, in so far as is reasonably practicable, accidents and ill health to Company personnel, members of the public and anyone who may be affected by the Company’s operations’.
- The Company recognises and accepts its responsibility as an employer for providing a safe and healthy workplace and working environment for all its employees. In addition, the Company will take all reasonable, practicable steps to protect the health and safety of persons not in its employ who may be affected by its activities.
- The Company has a separate ‘Health and Safety Policy and Statement’ and you must fully familiarise yourself with its contents.
- Any employee who has concerns about any Health and Safety issue must report their concern to the Company immediately.
- The Company must deal adequately and immediately with any concern reported to them by an employee.
- Failure to comply with this policy procedure and relevant legislation can result in disciplinary proceedings. This applies to all employees.

- Implement safety protocols specific to AI systems to prevent accidents and ensure safe operation, including guidelines for interaction between employees and AI-driven tools
AI System Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor and evaluate AI systems to ensure they operate safely and efficiently, and do not pose health risks to employees
Training and Awareness:
- Provide training for all employees on the safe usage of AI technologies and systems, including potential risks and the measures in place to mitigate these risks
Incident Reporting and Response:
- Encourage employees to report any AI-related health and safety incidents or concerns, ensuring these are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Compliance and Updating of AI Systems:
- Ensure that all AI systems comply with current health and safety regulations and standards, and are regularly updated to address emerging risks
Artificial Intelligence and Technology Safety:
Continuous Improvement of AI Safety Measures: We will continuously assess and update our AI safety measures to incorporate advances in safety standards and technology, ensuring our approaches remain effective and relevant.
AI Safety Compliance: All AI systems must comply with our health and safety standards to prevent harm to personnel and the public. Regular safety audits will be conducted to ensure compliance.
Employee Training on AI Risks: Training programs will be established to enhance employee understanding of the potential risks associated with AI systems and the proper safety protocols for mitigating these risks.
Reporting AI-Related Incidents: Employees must report any health or safety concerns related to AI systems immediately. The company is committed to investigating and addressing all reported incidents swiftly.
