Download the Mobile app
StaffCircle is a PWA or Progressive Web App which means that is a combination of a web and a mobile application. The StaffCircle app cannot be downloaded from the Apple App or Google Play store, but you can download an icon to your personal mobile device. All StaffCircle functions can be performed on a mobile device, and we would recommend downloading the app to help you manage your reviews, objectives, and time off on the go.
The instructions for downloading StaffCircle vary for Apple and Android users, so please ensure that you are following the steps which are appropriate for your device. Please note that instructions for Android may differ depending on what device you are using.
Downloading StaffCircle to an Apple Device
Step One
Navigate to StaffCircle on your Apple device (i.e [companyname].staffcircle.net/). You can find the URL in the automated email after registering your account.
Step Two
Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen, this looks like an arrow escaping out the top of a square.
Step Three
Tap ‘Add to Home Screen’ from the list.
Step Four
Press Add and the icon for the StaffCircle app will appear on your device.
Push Notifications
As an extra step, we would recommend enabling push notifications for your Apple device. Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner of the screen when logged in on your iPhone and select ‘Enable push notifications’ from the drop-down.
Downloading StaffCircle to an Android Device
Step One
Navigate to StaffCircle on your Android device (i.e [companyname].staffcircle.net/). You can find the URL in the automated email after registering your account.
Step Two
Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then select Add to Home Screen from the list.
Step Three
A box similar to the below will appear on screen – this is the text which will appear on your phone next to the StaffCircle icon, and you can update this if you wish. Then click the Add button.
Step Four
Click add to Home Screen. The app will now appear on your mobile device.
