The Success Circles Framework: Introduction

Over the last few years we’ve had the opportunity to collect best practices for employee performance, development, and engagement from world-class organisations and other HR and L&D thought-leaders.

To help small and medium sized organisations structure their own processes and business framework, we have assembled these learnings into an overview plan called “The Success Circles Framework” which organisations are free to use.

This new blog series will detail each component of the framework, showcasing what we believe is the most clear and meaninggul way to view and strategise your workforce.

What we believe are the current development landscape challenges

We still operate in a world (and organisations) full of data silos and this is seriously bad for productivity.

The advancement of AI in the last 3 years means organisations need better visibility and control over skills and skills gaps in their organisations – this is now a must have and the data supporting this is compelling.

The current challenge for small to medium sized organisations - the rapidly changing landscape

How do organisations approach these challenges?

Step 1: Build the core (a better role architecture)

All things start with an understanding of the organisation and it’s values, and from this we create a new role architecture.

This is an example of a better role architecture that highlights the need to enrich roles with descriptions, select the role based skills, the competency levels for these skills, and what the succession roles could be.

Step 2: Use AI to generate a personalised, integrated competency framework super quick!

Leverage AI to generate a personalised and fully integrated competency framework, utilising your website to provide context, and reduce the time it takes to create your framework from months, down to days.

Step 3: Structure your business framework – ours is called The Success Circles Framework – and we are happy for you to use this as a template for your own.

We believe our framework provides the best steps to fully understanding what your workforce currently looks like, what gaps there are, and how to close those gaps, leading to a more engaged and productive organisation.

Each of these seven components are connected to the core – the integrated competency framework – and is a way which drives huge value for your organisation. In the next blog we’ll introduce the Skills and Capabilities elements to this framework, which lines you up for the blogs that cover each of the seven components in The Success Circles Framework.
