People without Reviews Report

The People Without Reviews report offers a comprehensive list of all employees who do not have any assigned reviews which are due to be completed within a specific dare range. This report serves as a valuable tool to ensure that every employee receives the necessary attention and feedback through the review process.

This report allows organisations to proactively identify employees who may have been inadvertently overlooked or excluded from the review cycle. Particularly in the post-launch phase, this report plays a crucial role in ensuring that the review process is inclusive and comprehensive, leaving no employee behind.

By addressing the employees identified in the report, organisations can facilitate a more robust and effective review process, enhancing employee engagement, growth, and overall organisational success.

To view the report, navigate to the Objectives and Reviews area of the platform in MANAGE mode and select the REPORTS tab.

You can utilise the icons in the top right-hand corner of the screen to help you find the information you need:

	Includes deactivated employees
	Hides/unhides filters
	Hide/unhides columns
	Refreshes the report
	Exports report to CSV
	Closes the report

Utilising the text and date filters at the top of the page will refine the search criteria, making it easy to locate specific information for the most relevant and desired results.
