Managers can now give awards and feedback straight from the Today screen, and engagement surveys are easier to move through on any device. The People export lets you choose exactly who is included, and all dashboards and reports have been improved visually.

Give awards and feedback from the Today screen

Give Award and Give Feedback are now Quick Actions on the Today screen. Each one opens in a pop-up, so you stay on the Today screen while you write it.

The Worth Celebrating and Feedback Highlights panels also have a + button that does the same thing.

Clearer navigation in engagement surveys

The Next and Back buttons now stay fixed to the bottom of the screen on desktop and mobile, so they are always in reach. The Submit button only appears once the survey is complete, and you are prompted to answer any remaining questions before moving on.

Survey cards and pop-ups in the feed have been restyled to match.

Choose exactly who goes into the People export

The export in Manage > People & Groups now hides deactivated people by default. Use the eye icon to show them again, or the tick icon to show activated people only.

Tick the people you want to include and the Export button shows how many will be exported. Columns can be sorted in either direction, and search stays quick on large accounts.

Refreshed design for all dashboards and reports

Every dashboard in the Performance, Engagement and People sections has been redesigned, along with all reports, giving them a cleaner, more consistent look.

The performance dashboards now also share the same filters as the 9-box grid dashboard, so filtering works the same way on each one.

The Work Pattern column now shows the pattern that applies to each person, taking personal and site policies and overrides into account. Next of Kin Relationship shows the next of kin's details, and dates are exported without a time.
