Filter by Name, Department or Role and simply select by checking

Check against individuals or the Check All box next to the column headers.

When happy with your selection scroll to the bottom of the screen and press

An excel sheet will be generated including the following data:

• Surname
• Mobile
• Email Address
• Address
• Tag
• DOB
• Department
• Site Manager
• Nationality
• Status
• Role
• Start Date
