How to view feedback for your personal review
In this lesson, you will learn how view feedback that has been submitted for your review. Typically this will contain the responses from your feedback questions, your manager’s feedback questions, and any objectives which may have been updated during the review itself.
When your review has been marked as ‘Completed’ by the Reviewer (typically the manager),
Step One
Navigate to the Objectives and Reviews area using the side-bar navigation on the left-hand side of your screen. This is usually displayed as a clip board icon.
If you are using our New Menu Feature, hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the side-bar, then navigate to:
My Performance ➡️Reviews
Select the Reviews title and proceed with step three.
Step Two
Click on the REVIEWS tab at the top of the page, then the COMPLETED tab underneath.
Your completed reviews will show on the individual tiles, which you can sort by date or progress by selecting either of the green or blue icons in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
If the review includes feedback you will see the ‘Review Feedback’ tag on the tile interface.
Step Three
Click on the review tile to open up the review. The feedback from the review will display to the right of the screen.
You can click on the chevrons next to each person to view the responses provided to the feedback questions (including your own responses).
If feedback has been completed for the review, the icon to left of the block (above) will display as a green tick. If feedback was not submitted for this review, the icon will display as a blue clock.
Step Four
Complete reviews also have a yellow ‘Requires Acceptance’ tag in the top right hand corner of the screen, allowing you to accept the feedback provided in your review.
To accept the feedback, select the ACECEPT button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
From this screen you can also download a full PDF copy of the review. To download a copy of the review, select the PDF icon next to the review’s title at the top of the drawer.
