How to view your Objectives

In this lesson, we will look at where to view your own PERSONAL objectives, your department’s DEPARTMENTAL objectives, and your company’s COMPANY objectives.

Personal objectives are objectives that have been assigned to you as an individual and what you should be aiming to achieve/complete. Personal objectives can be shared with other employees or may link to departmental objectives.

Departmental objectives are assigned to your department, and you may have personal objectives which feed in to this.

Company objectives are viewable by all employees within the organisation. It is possible for the progress of linked departmental objectives to contribute to the progress of a company objective.

Step One

Navigate to the Objectives and Reviews area using the side-bar navigation on the left-hand side of your screen. This is usually displayed as a clip board icon. Opening this page will display all your open personal objectives.

If you are using our New Menu Feature, hover over the Objectives and Reviews section of the side-bar, then navigate to:

My Performance ➡️Objectives

Select the Objectives title and proceed with step two.

If one of your personal objective tiles includes an icon in the top right-hand corner (a chain link for example), then this indicates that the objective is linked to a departmental objective.

Step Two

Toggle through the tabs at the top of the page to navigate between PERSONAL, DEPARTMENT, and COMPANY objectives.

Step Three

To view any objectives which have been marked as ‘Completed’, click on the tick icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Completed objectives contain a green tick icon on their corresponding tile.
