What is a Reviewee?
The Reviewee persona is referenced several times throughout the Objectives and Reviews (Performance Management) University content. The role of the reviewee applies to everyone in the platform in that every employee is likely to have their own personal objectives to work towards, and be assigned to a review about them.
In instances where you have been asked to work towards a personal objective, or complete a review as part of your appraisal (for example) – you in this instance are the Reviewee. For these scenarios, we would ask you to refer to the ‘Employee’ content in the University.
