How to Log In
Before logging in to StaffCircle for the first time, you will need to activate your account. The activation process is quick and simple – you’ll be up and running in no time at all.
Once your system administrator has triggered the activation of your StaffCircle account, you will need to complete the validation process before you are able to log in for the first time.
Firstly, you will receive a ‘Sign Up’ email which will contain a hyperlink to start the sign up/activation process. Open the link in the email to start the validation process.
Enter your date of birth to validate your account, and after doing so you can then create a password to log in to the system thereafter (or use our SSO capabilities if enabled).
TIPS FOR LOGGING IN
Your Username will most likely be your work email address, but in some instances this may also be your mobile number.
We would recommend saving the URL to your StaffCircle platform as a bookmark to your device. It will look something like this: https://[companyname].staffcircle.net or [companyname].staffcircle.us
Many businesses use Office 365, Google SSO, or ADP in order to sign in to the platform. You can bypass the password and login fields by clicking on the respective button/tile on the sign in page.
